Privacy policy

Pelicle for iOS · Last updated 22 October 2026

Pelicle is a camera and photo editor. It is built so that your photos stay on your device. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.

What we collect

Nothing. Pelicle has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers of its own. We do not collect, transmit or store any personal information, photos, videos or usage data.

Your photos and videos

Photos you take or import are processed entirely on your device and stored in the app's own storage and, if you choose, in your Photos library. They are never uploaded anywhere by Pelicle. Deleting the app deletes its copies.

Permissions the app asks for

Each permission is requested when first needed and can be changed at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Purchases

Pelicle Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment and your purchase history; we receive no payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to that transaction. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple account settings.

Sharing to other apps

When you share to Instagram, TikTok or the system share sheet, the photo or video is handed to that app on your device. From that point the other app's privacy policy applies. Instagram sharing includes an app identifier so Instagram can show which app the story came from; no other information is sent.

Children

Pelicle does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
